The Sussex 4 Day Week project is very much still underway, but we have some early results on what happens within the first couple of weeks of switching to a 4 day week:
10% reduction in negative emotions
15% reduction in burnout
10% increase in productivity (that means staff get 10% MORE done, in less time!)
These are just some of the measures that we take to assess wellbeing and workplace performance in the Sussex 4 Day Week project. We include these, and more, in each employer's custom report. We look forward to sharing more results as the data continues to come in!
